| Salsa | | | | Place everything in food processor and blend. May |
| 3 cups tomatoes chopped | | | | want to chill it for half an hour before serving. |
| ½ cup green or red peppers | | | | Yummy Feta Dip |
| ½ cup red onion | | | | ½ pound of feta cheese |
| 1 tablespoon fresh garlic | | | | 2 garlic cloves |
| ¼ cup lime juice | | | | ¼ cup milk (I use rice milk) |
| ½ cup fresh cilantro | | | | 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
